Union Board Member, Bronwen Barry stops by to talk about her 30+ year career in Animation.  She has worked all over the industry in various roles at a variety of studios, starting in Ink and Paint at Hanna-Barbera and exploring other departments such as Clean Up, Assistant Animation, Prop and Character Design, as well as Storyboarding.  She lends her thoughts and philosophies on the industry and patch working a career together.

Production Supervisor at Disney TV Animation, Jennifer Nelson joins us on the show to discuss her thriving career in Animation and shares her thoughts on the Art vs Business side of the industry.  This episode is packed with insight on how to navigate working relationships, set yourself and others up for success.

Animation Editor, Nancy Frazen has been editing since the 1980s starting on Documentaries and eventually finding her way onto Animated properties.  She has worked on The Breakfast Club,  Space Jam, Pooh's Heffalump Movie, to name a few.   Having been steadily working in the Industry for more than 20 years, she shares her experience and practical tips that have helped her thrive in her career.

With 61 years working in the Industry, Joanna Romersa shares her experiences growing up in the changed for the better landscape for Women in Animation.  She started her career as an Inker on Disney's Lady and the Tramp and while it was tough to overcome gender bias, she did it and continues to thrive today.  

Associate Producer and Writer, Analise McNeill joins us to share her story about how she went from being let go from a CBS Page job after only 6 days to writing a Christmas special for Nick Jr's Fresh Beat Band of Spies.

Color Extraordinaire, Kristin Donner joins us to share her experience and journey from struggling to find her major in college to landing her first industry job as a Color Stylist and eventually Background Painter on the long running Fairly Odd Parents for Nickelodeon to becoming the Color Supervisor for Nick Jr's Fresh Beat Band of Spies.
